CARBON COUNTY ASSISTANCE OFFICE The Carbon County Assistance Office serves all areas of Carbon County. Some of the programs offered are Cash Assistance, Medicaid, Food Stamps, Long Term Care, Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCPT), Medical Assistance for Workers with Disabilities (MAWD) and Low Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).Information/application process for these services: Staff assisted services and applications are available at 101 Lehigh Drive, Lehighton, PA 18235, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm.
